This can be caused by a couple of things. Here are some things you can try:

1. Make sure you aren't connected to a VPN

2. Check that you are on the most up to date version of Wickr Enterprise.

  • On a government computer you will need to verify in the Software Center the Wickr Enterprise application is up to date
  • On a personal device

3. You must disable Cookie Blocking before you download the configuration file.

4. Make sure you have the correct configuration file linked here: https://wickr-ram-configuration.s3-us-gov-west-1.amazonaws.com/index.html (Click on the Messaging Config button)
5. Ensure you have the correct password for the file (it is not your EDIPI, if you do not have it please contact the service desk.

6.  Once you have checked all the above steps and downloaded new configuration file

  • Verify Wickr Enterprise is currently NOT running or close the program if it is
  • Copy and paste the following link into a web browser (Use Chrome or Edge): https://wickrram.sofapps.net/deeplink/oidc.php
  • You should see a web page that states Login Successful, and a back to Wickr app button. click on the button and Wickr will launch for you
  • Some browsers will automatically prompt you whether you want to "Allow this website to open a link" or "Allow this website to open an application."  You can accept this and it will launch Wickr for you.
