This is a last resort option. If you do not have your Master Recovery Key from original installation.
Resetting your account will delete all contacts in your rooms and conversations tied to your account.
Note: Resetting your account will NOT reset your username or password for Wickr Enterprise
In the event you are unable to get into your devices anymore and have lost your Master Recovery Key.
- Launch Wickr Enterprise
- Sign in with your current username and password
- When prompted for a QR code, select I don't have another device
- Select Don't Have Key
- Select Reset Account
