Issue: I am able to see incoming messages, but I cannot submit or respond to a message.  It states “Resend” or “Discard”.  It seems like a setting issue but can’t find it. 


Resolution 1: Update your client to the newest version.  

  • On personal computers visit: https://enterprise-download.wickr.com/#/version/ent
  • For mobile please check your related App Store or Google Play Store to make sure your mobile device is up-to-date.
  • For government devices that need approval for software check your Software Center to make sure you are on the latest version available for your network.

Resolution 2: Check network connectivity; poor service will result in failed messages

Resolution 3: This issue is usually caused by a clock out of sync issue. Please verify the time on the system correct. 

Resolution 4: Check your device for required software and driver updates. Additionally, restart your machine.

Resolution 6: Reinstalling Wickr can resolve this as well.
