Some of the clients have run into the issue of after attempting to sign back in the error Token Registration error happens.

The current fix for this is to update your client to the new configuration file.


Click on Reset App under the support setting or uninstall/reinstall to get it back to the beginning.


Next Download the conf.wickr file at either of two addresses:


Select "Messaging Config


Save the file somewhere you can find it. Do not run this file on its own.



The Wickr config password should have been provided to you by your organization’s representative verbally.   THIS HAS BEEN CHANGED AS OF August 21th, 2021, please contact us if you need.

This password cannot be provided via e-mail or written.  If it has not been provided follow the steps below.

 

  • Option 1: Please contact your organization representative for the configuration password.
  • Option 2: You can contact our service desk for the configuration password. It can only be provided once your account is verified and we are able to reach out to you by phone.

Once you have reconfigured with the new configuration file sign in as you would normally with your Wickr username/password.   You may need to add via the Master Recovery Key or pairing from a device already working with Wickr RAM.
