ARMA Global does not directly support the Wickr Pro or Wickr Me versions of Wickr.
A resource available for those applications is a ticket submission system located here:

Just choose your product in the drop down and let them know your issues. They will reach back out with their dedicated support team for that particular version you are using.
We do fully support the Wickr RAM version of Wickr that our friends in the military use
We can however provide basic feature knowledge of the Wickr Pro and Wickr Me versions in regards to any crossover federation interactions with Wickr RAM or feature updates as they are passed along from the developers to our teams.
