Go to the 3 white lines at the top and click on Settings
Click Support and Click the RESET button then click RESET and configure your account again.

Backup solution if you cannot get to this option via the application itself. Here are the folder you can delete on desktop operating systems.
Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Wickr, LLC\WickrEnterprise
MacOS: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Wickr, LLC/WickrEnterprise
Relaunch the program and you should be able to reset the application to default settings.
