Generating User Logs
If you need to generate logs before being able to log in:

Otherwise here are the steps if your device is already configured.
Steps:
- Click on the 3 white horizontal lines
- Click on Support
- Click Support Logging

Verify Allow Support Logging is turned on
- If not, turn on and restart Wickr RAM
- Click Save Logs and save to your location of choice
Graphics (Desktop Version)
- Click on the 3 white horizontal lines
- Click on Support
- Click Support Logging
- Verify Allow Support Logging is turned on
- Click Save Logs and save to your location of choice
Graphics (Mobile Version)
- Click on the 3 white horizontal lines or Settings
- Click on Support
- Click Support Logging
- Verify Allow Support Logging is turned on
- Click Share Logs and share to your location of choice. Sending directly through Wickr RAM to a room or message is shown below.
