Generating User Logs

Otherwise here are the steps if your device is already configured.


Steps:

  1. Click on the 3 white horizontal lines
  2. Click on Support
  3. Click Support Logging
  4. Verify Allow Support Logging is turned on
    1. If not, turn on and restart Wickr RAM
  5. Click Save Logs and save to your location of choice

 

Graphics (Desktop Version)

  1. Click on the 3 white horizontal lines
  2. Click on Support
  3. Click Support Logging
     
  4. Verify Allow Support Logging is turned on

 

  1. Click Save Logs and save to your location of choice


 

 

 

Graphics (Mobile Version)

  1. Click on the 3 white horizontal lines or Settings
  2. Click on Support
  3. Click Support Logging
     
  4. Verify Allow Support Logging is turned on
     
  5. Click Share Logs and share to your location of choice. Sending directly through Wickr RAM to a room or message is shown below.
