Our desk is works on the IDAM connection with myLearning and access to it. If courses are not updating then log into https://lms-jets.cce.af.mil/moodle/ and there is an option at the top that reads Need Help?
Click that and Submit Ticket with myLearning team. There is the AASD desk that handles receiving credit or not getting certificates after classes and they will most likely be the best resource for you on that in this matter to begin with.
